This simple urine test will confirm whether you have been infected with either chlamydia or gonorrhoea. Both these infections can be treated effectively but it is important that you seek treatment to avoid more serious problems. Our GP will do their best to get in touch with you (via the details you use to get this test) to make sure you know what to do next if the result does show that you have been infected.

This is a urine test. You will receive a self-testing kit by first class post which will give you full instructions on how to do everything.
Simply put, you will need to provide a urine sample into a tube which you then post back to our partner laboratory using our pre-paid envelope.
Your results will be emailed to you via our secure portal within a day of receiving your sample at the laboratory. The whole process is usually complete within 2-3 days – although we do have to depend on royal mail.
All results are reviewed and commented on by our NHS registered GPs but please remember that laboratory tests alone are never a safe substitute for seeing a doctor directly.
